Our price ranges between 0.03 and 0.10 euros per source word, and depends primarily on the following:
- Technical difficulty of the text
- Delivery deadline
- Format of the text
- Volume of translation
Standard (non-specialist) documents include:
- Private correspondence
- Business correspondence
- Letters of recommendation
- CVs and resumes
- General texts and the like.
Academic (high school and university) diplomas and transcripts; birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates; adoption papers; medical records; passports, IDs and driver’s licenses are accepted too, but at this time their translation cannot be certified.
Translations of standard texts are charged 0.03 to 0.05 euros per source word depending on the volume, the deadline and the quality of the original.
Translations of official documents like diplomas, certificates, transcripts, etc. are charged 15 euros per page.
Translation of Personal Correspondence
Letters are translated and sent back to customers within 24 hours from the time an agreement is reached. The information received and translated is treated strictly confidential.
(Old) family handwritten letters are accepted, but they usually need more time for processing and translation. Handwritten scanned texts, small prints, and the like are charged at least 50 per cent more.
Translations of technical texts (specialist documents) are charged 0.05 to 0.10 euros per source word. To provide you with a more exact translation cost estimate, we need to see a representative sample of the source document (see Quotes and Word Count).
For documents under 300 words the charge is 0.15 euros per word. This charge is not applied to ongoing personal correspondence.
Prices may be negotiated based on the size of the job proposed and the turnaround requirements.
Discounted rates for translations are offered in the following cases:
- Large volumes of text (over 10000 words)
- Ongoing projects
